This directory contains listings of organisations, services and activities for older people in West Norfolk, including Swaffham.

It is available for older people living in the area and their families and friends as well as professionals and volunteers working with and supporting older people.

LILY is an important resource for providing older people with vital information which supports them to lead healthy, active and independent lives.
