These gentle exercise classes are held at Heacham Surgery and are for patients of Heacham Group Practice who are aged over 60. All instructors are fully qualified. Please contact the organiser if you are interested in attending.
Weekly Coffee Morning - Everybody is welcome. All we ask is a small donation to the Francis Foundation. This charity was set up to help with the costs involved with children's funerals. Pop in and have a chatand meet up with your freinds.
The Age Concern Luncheon Club meets on alternate Tuesdays. Meals currently cost £5. Transport can be provided, if required, to residents of Upwell and Outwell. There is also a raffle or bring-and-buy at each session to help raise funds.
Age Concern members normally meet on the last Tuesday of each month in the Assembly rooms, unless they have a trip out. Everyone is welcome, so just turn up. They have a membership scheme which costs £5 per year
