The Age Concern Luncheon Club meets on alternate Tuesdays. Meals currently cost £5. Transport can be provided, if required, to residents of Upwell and Outwell. There is also a raffle or bring-and-buy at each session to help raise funds.

All women's running club, the Downham Dollies, regularly meets at Downham Leisure.  6 week beginners courses run throughout the year.
