Swaffham Community Fridge
Swaffham now has its own Community Fridge based in Swaffham Community Centre.
Swaffham Community Fridge is a service which tries to avoid food waste. The food in the fridge may not be up to a retailer's standard of appearance, may have passed stock control, best before date, or may just be surplus to requirements. All the food is still nutitious and safe to eat. All food is stored correctly and stock control measures are adhered to.
Swaffham Community Fridge is for all and is not a charity; the aim is to lesson costly landfill and help the environment.
