National Deaf Childrens Society
The National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) is the leading charity dedicated to creating a world without barriers for deaf children and young people.
We offer free information and support to families with a deaf child. Through our
publications and web forums, the Freephone Helpline, our specialist advisers and family events, parents can rely on us from initial diagnosis through to adulthood.
We run various activities and events where deaf children and young people can learn new skills, gain confidence and meet other deaf children, often for the first time.
The Helpline team provide clear, balanced information and support for families of deaf children, deaf young people and professionals working with families.
