Emma Neale is a level 5 PTCCI Advanced Instructor and Qigong Practitioner
Gary Wright is a level 5 PTTCI Advanced Instructor and Qigong Practitioner

Zi Wu Men Gongfu
Water Fire neigong (THE VID CLIP) from Zi Wu men Gongfu and health preservation methods, this is a moving neigong form that works specific breathing techniques coupled with gentle and precise movements that aids the internal body to align itself. 

Through breath, movement and body alignment we can achieve a deeper level of internal health.The moving form of Water fire has a lot of tension and release, spiralling of the limbs and spine, lengthening and strengthening tendons and ligaments. Yin and Yang in action bringing balance to the body and regulating deficiency. 
Forms include a Fan form, Guan Dao form and Daoyin (often referred to as Chinese yoga but is actually much more)

Zi Wu Men History spans over 1000years and its origins lie in the Water Margin Emma Neale is a 22nd generation Zi Wu men disciple.

We can work with all ages and abilities including disabilities can also do seated training.
