Employ-Ability

A project funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and The NAtional Lottery Community Fund.

It is aimed at supporting people by helping them to find jobs or other opportunities.

The project offers FREE, one to one support with a Key Worker, to individuals that have been unemployed for 12 months or more and are living in Perterborough, King's Lynn, west Norfolk or Fenland.

Our Key Workers will work with participants to identify barriers to employment and create a plan to build confidence and skills using a range of activities.
