Cunningham Court is a welcoming scheme in the coastal village of Hunstanton in Norfolk, located close to Sandringham and King’s Lynn. The beach is 20 minutes’ walk or a short bus ride from the court.

The court has attractive and well-maintained gardens with pleasant seating areas where residents can relax and enjoy the warmer weather. Green-fingered residents are welcome to get involved with the gardening if they choose. The gardens attract a variety of wildlife.
