Reading Well Books on Prescription for common mental health conditions

Reading Well

Reading Well Books on Prescription for common mental health conditions provides books for adults on topics such as overcoming depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and managing worry and stress.  There is evidence from the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) that self-help reading can help people with common mental health conditions.

All of the titles on the list can be reserved free of charge from any Norfolk library, or online by visiting the library catalogue.  The books are available to borrow for up to six weeks.

GPs and health professionals can prescribe books to patients to borrow from the library by using the downloadable form below.
