Macmillan Cancer Support provides expert, up-to-date information for cancer patients and their families.

They have free phone support for anyone affected by cancer, carers, family and friends.  This includes financial and welfare benefits advice, clinical nurse support, emotional and social support, signposting to local groups and services.

They have free information guides, e-learning and an online community of people affected by cancer.  There is also a search facility where you can find local support groups.

A local drop-in centre, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn, provides information and support for anyone affected by cancer.

The free helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 8.00pm. An interpretation service is available in over 200 languages. Just state, in English, the language you wish to use when you call the freephone number 0808 808 0000

The local Information & Support Service, based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn, is open Monday to Friday 10.00am - 4.00pm (please note that the service is not always manned)
