Special Travel Needs on London Transport

Transport for London can provide advice and assistance for passengers who have special mobility needs. Its website includes 'how to' films showing what it's like travelling in London and the facilities and assistance that is available. There is also a journey planner to help passengers find routes and services that are suitable for their needs.

The helpline is open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9.00am - 5.00pm. You can also book online on the Passenger Assist website. If pre-booking travel assistance please give at least 24 hours notice.
