Waterside

Waterside is a sheltered housing development, for people aged 55+ with medical needs, situated at King's Lynn. It comprises 19 self-contained flats in an integral block and 50 self-contained bungalows, each fitted with an emergency alarm system. Small pets may be allowed at the landlord's discretion (dogs/cats are not permitted in integral schemes). 

The development also has a double-bed guest room that is available for tenants to hire (chargeable) for visiting families and friends.

Waterside is owned by Freebridge Community Housing and applications for accommodation are managed by West Norfolk Homechoice.
