Better Together

For clients out of Lily's geographical area there are other services offering support. One of these near by services is Better Together covering South Norfolk, Broadland, Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

Better Together Norfolk is a service led by Voluntary Norfolk and funded by Norfolk County Council, developing new and innovative ways to combat social isolation and loneliness.

The service tackles loneliness and isolation by:

• Reducing barriers and providing new opportunities for involvement
• Delivering 1-to-1 assessment, coaching, interventions & support
• Designing and delivering community-led initiatives and social action,
• Provision of infrastructure support to local organisations and groups.
