Yoga Slow Flow Class for Well-Being
This friendly weekly class is designed to be accessible to all abilities and beginners as well as those who have a regular yoga practice. We combine and choreograph variety of poses each week to increase your flexibility, strengthen and tone the whole body, while at the same time working on the deeper energetic level and breath to increase your vitality and energy levels.
At the end of each class we focus on relaxation/meditation techniques to calm our busy minds and help our mental well-being.
No need to book £8 drop in or £7 per/week block payment.
