TAEN - The Age and Employment Network

TAEN - The Age and Employment Network is an independent not-for-profit organisation which works to help remove age barriers to employment. It is a network of member organisations, drawn from across the labour market, with an interest in age and employment issues. TAEN works with individuals and organisations, including government agencies, academic bodies, employers and unions.

TAEN is not an employment agency but it directs individuals looking for work, who want to change direction, develop their careers or undertake training to relevant organisations and a number of useful resources. A number of TAEN member organisations offer employment and related services for individuals and a list of them and links to their websites can be found on the website below.
