Healthwatch Norfolk is the consumer voice on health and social care in the county.
It is an independent organisation that makes sure that those who commission and provide care understand the needs, priorities and concerns of the public. It is interested in hearing about your experiences, both good and bad, of health and social care in the county.
Healthwatch Norfolk does not process individual complaints but it can point you in the right direction if you have had a bad experience and need to complain.
