Yin Yoga - (Mondays) 60 mins of bliss with Patricia, focusing on improved sleep and constructive rest.
Chair Yoga (Wednesdays and Thursdays) Class tailored to those who may find practicing on a mat more challenging. Gentle stretches, breathing techniques and meditation to aid relaxation and boost well-being.
