Rethink Mental Illness
Rethink Mental Illness is a UK charity that offers advice, information and support services across England.
It provides expert, accredited advice and information to everyone affected by mental health problems and gives clear, relevant information on everything from treatment and care to benefits and employment rights. It was the first mental health charity to gain the Information Standard for its trusted and relevant information.
It has over 200 mental health services and 150 support groups across England. From psychological therapies and Crisis and Recovery Houses to peer support groups and housing services, it directly helps thousands of people every year across England. If you want support online instead, go to its discussion community RethinkTalk or its pages on Facebook and Twitter and find a good supportive chat or lively debate.
The helpline is open Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) 10.00am - 2.00pm. It cannot deal with emergency or crisis issues.
