Norfolk Tai Chi

I have been playing Tai Chi for over 25 years and helping people to learn Tai Chi for over 10 years. I have developed my Tai Chi practice through many sources, including: Pai Yun School and European Wu Shu Academy. I work with classes throughout Kings Lynn, West and North Norfolk. The relaxing and enjoyable art of Tai Chi is often referred to as "moving meditation" and will enhance the health of both the mind and the body. Tai Chi is suitable for both men and women, young and old.

Although Tai Chi has its origins as a Chinese Martial Art, most people now-days practice purely for the pleasure of the dynamic, fluid, relaxed movements and postures. I am registered as an Advanced Instructor with the TCUGB.
