Life is a journey and along the way we can and will face difficulties but we have all been given the ability to make independent choice’s .  Sometimes we feel we have made the right choices and at other times the choice’s we make have not been so good.  Having a safe and friendly environment a place, to go and share our thoughts and worries can be beneficial.  The Feltwell Well-being group is here to listen and to help you to try to find the answers to life’s everyday questions both big and small, where possible to help you find the best way forward.
