The Careline Alarm is designed to help older, frail or disabled people to remain in their own homes, with the knowledge that they always have somebody to help in an emergency.
The Careline service includes an alarm base unit, which plugs into the telephone line and a comfortable pendant which goes around the neck or wrist. The alarm service is simple yet profoundly effective; the system consists of two parts – a base unit and a Careline pendant. When your loved one needs help, they simply press the red button on the pendant and are immediately connected to our Care Team who are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Alongside the alarm, we provide a range of Key Safes to allow the emergency services safe access into the property. Key Safes are a small secure box that fits to an external wall of your property, which can be accessed by entering a unique code. We offer 3 Key Safe options which can be ordered with your chosen alarm service plan.

Anyone who needs a Careline alarm is eligible for one! Our users are often disabled, elderly, vulnerable or prone to falling but our alarms are suitable for anyone who needs a bit more support at home.
We can set up the personal alarm service within 24 hours of receiving a customer order either online or over the phone.
