Why not come along and join one of our classes. Rosey Dennis ia a British Wheel of yoga teacherand leads a Hatha yopa class and a Gentle Years yoga group (a modidied yoga practiseusing the support of a chair) Rosy is committed to providing inclusive, gently paced classes which combine breathing exercises, postures and guided relaxation.
Tuesday - Hatha Yoga from 10 - 11:30am
Friday - Gentle Years Yoga 1- 2:15 pm
