Mind the Natter

How are you feeling?

Tired of seeing the walls of your home or happy to be safely indoors? Bored or creatively engaged? Lonely or dealing with too many people? Or all the above at different times?

The Norfolk and Waveney Mind Development Team has a new event to help you take some time for yourself: Mind the Natter. From Wednesday 7 October we will hold a virtual social session – no theme or agenda, just the opportunity to meet other people interested in mental health and wellbeing, ask questions, find out how other people cope. The noble art of chatting is key to our wellbeing!
