Energy training and advice
Saving energy (and saving money) is a big issue for many. Community Action Norfolk provides free energy saving advice for consumers and frontline staff across Norfolk. We can help consumer groups to understand the value of switching supplier and show how easily this can be done, We can help with understanding bills, explain smart meters, help you buy cheaper oil and other consumables through Thinking Fuel and Switch and Save, and generally save money and get ready for winter. We also provide training on energy, fuel poverty and the health issues linked to cold homes for frontline staff. All training arranged at a venue suitable for you and is free of charge.
