The Paddock

The Paddock is a sheltered housing development, for people aged 55+ with medical needs, situated at Snettisham. It comprises 32 self-contained flats in an integral block, each fitted with an emergency alarm system. Small pets may be allowed at the landlord's discretion (dogs/cats are not permitted in integral schemes). Regular activities include coffee mornings, bingo and lunches.

The development also has a double-bed guest room that is available for tenants to hire (chargeable) for visiting families and friends.

The Paddock is owned by Freebridge Community Housing and applications for accommodation are managed by West Norfolk Homechoice.
