The Paddock consists of a total of 32 properties, 1 bed-sit, 30 1-bedroom and 1 2-bedroom flats located in a quiet residential area. Each of the properites is fully self contained with gas central heating and double glazing. The Paddock Scheme has a dedicated Scheme Manager with residents choosing how many times they are visited. T
he Scheme Manager offers advocacy and support, working collaboratively with colleagues in other agencies to provide seamless services to our residents. The Paddock has an active social committee who organise a range of activities for you to join in, should you wish to. Regular features include coffee mornings, exercise classes and bingo. Residents also enjoy visits from entertainers and day trips.
