This one off workshop from The Wellbeing Service is for anyone who is undertaking study whether it be GCSE's, A Levels or Further Education. It is written and produced by the Youth Wellbeing Service for under 25's, however the content will benefit any student regardless of age and level of study.
This is a one hour workshop delivered face to face or via webinar and designed to teach a range of techniques for managing Anxiety and stress. Techniques include 'the study trap', general wellbeing, study principles, motivating ourselves, deadline and exams.
Within an understanding of the mind and brain, Successful Study provides a variety of ideas and tips to get the best out of ourselves when it really matters.
