Columbia Way

Columbia Way is a sheltered housing development, for people aged 55+ with medical needs, situated at King's Lynn. It comprises 27 self-contained bungalows, each fitted with an emergency alarm system. Small pets may be allowed at the landlord's discretion. Regular activities include bingo and fish and chip lunches.

The development also has a single-bed guest room that is available for tenants to hire (chargeable) for visiting families and friends.

Columbia Way is owned by Freebridge Community Housing and applications for accommodation are managed by West Norfolk Homechoice.
