Burnham Market Eventing Centre and International Horse Trials

Burnham  Market Eventing Centre is situated on a beautiful secluded farm in stunning coastal north west Norfolk.  Sussex Farm, owned by Jeremy Thompson has been transformed into a fantastic training and competition facility.

Alec & Emily Lochore, who have both competed internationally for many years, have been running the Centre since the beginning in 1995.

As well as the very popular and world class renowned Burnham Market International Horse Trials, the site also boasts a superb training facility for horse and rider with expert training through all levels.

BMEC holds 2 British Eventing competitions. The first being in April which holds an international one day event at the highest level CIC****. The Event runs BE 100, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. The second Event is in September and runs BE 80, BE90, BE100, Novice and Intermediate. For more information contact www.musketeer.co.uk

BMEC also runs an Unafilliated Eventer Trial the week before the Eventing season starts in February and a Hunter Trial at the end of the season in October.

We also rent the site out to Pony Clubs and Riding Clubs, and for clinics and Rallies. Please contact us for more information.

BMEC run an International Horse Trials in the spring each year featuring many of the leading horses and riders in the world.

BMEC also run an autumn British Eventing Horse Trials fixture.
