South Wootton in Bloom
South Wootton in Bloom (SWIB) is a group of volunteers who are committed to maintaining and improving their neighbourhood throughout the seasons by planting-up flower beds, verges, tubs and baskets around the village. The group also plants trees and native hedgerow and has designed and planted a Sensory Garden at St. Mary's Church. In 2012 and 2013 the group achieved Gold Awards.
To raise funds, SWIB organises stalls at a number of events in King's Lynn and South Wootton and in June the members organise South Wootton Open Gardens, when private gardens are open to the public.
