The Jewish Community in West Norfolk and the Fens

We are a small and vibrant Jewish Residents Community giving Jewish residents in West Norfolk the opportunity to have cultural links.  

Our major activity is a meeting approximately once a month for a Shabbat evening service and meal at one or others homes. Whilst we are affiliated to Beth Shalom Reform Synagogue in Cambridge, Jewish people of any background who want a cultural local link are welcome to get in touch. 

We have  no Synagogue, people who wish to belong to larger Jewish Congregations usually do so. We are able to offer hospital visits to those of the Jewish faith, festival food for  those in care homes,  educational support  to local  schools, groups and institutions through “Discovering Judaism”.

Classroom visits to support the Norfolk Religious, (World views) Education syllabus can also be arranged. 

Our community and are custodians of the Old Jewish Cemetery Kings Lynn, open on Sundays - May-October - 2pm-4pm.
