Mind - Norfolk and Waveney

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is an independent and specialist mental health charity providing local services to support people, their families, their carers and their employers.

We are part of the Norfolk Wellbeing Service which offers counselling services across Norfolk.

We run:

• a Gardening for Health Allotment project in King’s Lynn
• a Supporting transition and resilience service for 17-25 year olds
• carers social support groups

We have day centres at:

• Heacham 
• King's Lynn 

We also have a charity shop and peer support group in Downham Market.
