This one off workshop from The Wellbeing Serive is suitable for anyone who wants to manage their mental health in a more positive way. The workshop looks to explain the most common mental health difficulties in a simple but effective way. Good and poor mental health is something that everyone experiences. If your mental health is good then join us to learn techniques to maintain it. If not, then join us to learn techniques to help you to improve it.

1 - 2 hour sessions by workshop or webinar.

Techniques include: tested cognitive and behavioural techniques allowing you to take control of your mental health now and in the future. We also introduce simple but effective strategies based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
