High Quality Yoga classes based on traditional methods and teachings from an experienced and highly qualified teacher.

If you want to experience or improve any of these: RELAXATION, CONCENTRATION, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, BREATHING...... then this is for you!

Individual tuition based on your own abilities and needs also available on request. This will take place in a private studio.
