Mind - Norfolk and Waveney - Musical Interest Social and Wellbeing Session

A 2 hour session based around listening to, talking about and possibly playing different types of music and often expressing why it was chosen or how it might make someone feel.
Informal and relaxed environment to help reduced any anxiety and build confidence. Long term goals to be able to support each other to learn practical and emotional skills to achieve more i.e use public transport, cope with crowds, attend music gigs
Music themed mental health workshops where we use fun music related activities to help people socialise and improve their confidence and self esteem.
