Zi Wu Men UK is about bringing the 900 year old tradition of Zi Wu Men kung fu martial arts and internal healing practices to the UK.  In Our modern world the fight has changed as has the battlefield… 

Using the same ancient skills and techniques that were used to prepare the body for battle, we can now take into our day to day lives keeping our emotional and physical health balanced and in tune with our own living environment.
