Help Through Crisis - Advice & Support

Led by Norfolk Citizens Advice and in partnership with nine other agencies in Norfolk, the Lottery funded Help Through Crisis project offers advice and support to people living in Breckland and South Norfolk facing a crisis.  

If you have a crisis situation regarding debt, benefits, housing, domestic abuse, mental health, drug or alcohol, disability or immigration and live in Breckland or South Norfolk please contact the relevant advice agency (see below).

Mid & South Norfolk Advice & Support is a five-year Lottery funded project helping people in Breckland and South Norfolk who are experiencing problems meeting their basic needs such as food, shelter, fuel and basic health.

Get Advice:
•In person: Due to the National Lockdown all our offices are currently closed for face to face appointments.

•Please use our Adviceline, E-mail and Webchat services.

•By phone: call National CAB Adviceline on 0800 144 88 48◦Lines are open everyday 9.30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

◦Staffed by our volunteers adviceline is a capacity led service and we apologise if you are unable to get through.

Universal Credit:

We have Help to Claim advisers working in our offices. If you need help with a universal credit claim or have an issue before your first payment, contact the team by phone or webchat.
