Grove Gardens Retirement Housing
Grove Gardens is a sheltered housing development, for people aged 55+ with medical needs, situated in the village of Gayton near King's Lynn. It comprises 15 self-contained flats in an integral block and 14 self-contained bungalows, each fitted with an emergency alarm system. Small pets may be allowed at the landlord's discretion (dogs/cats are not permitted in integral schemes). Regular activities include afternoon teas.
The development also has a twin-bed guest room that is available for tenants to hire (chargeable) for visiting families and friends.
