On 1st December 2020 DCMS launched a Let's Talk Loneliness calendar that each day shares practical advice, inspiring stories, and support routes to encourage people to take the first steps to alleviate loneliness in themselves and others.
Discover tips for what you can do and where you can go for support. Follow these 3 simple actions to help tackle loneliness:
1.Keep in touch with those around you | Sometimes a friendly chat is all you need to feel better
2.Join an Online Group | Being part of a shared interest group is a great way to make connections
3.Reach Out | Find out how you can help someone who may be feeling lonely
