Blue Badge Scheme

A ‘Blue Badge’ is a disabled parking permit, provided by Norfolk County Council, for those people who would otherwise be unable to access shops or facilities because of the distances involved when walking.

To qualify for a badge you must be permanently and substantially disabled, so that you are unable to walk, or have considerable difficulty in walking due to excessive pain, or walk at an extremely slow pace.
