Improving Sleep

This one off workshop from The Wellbeing Service is suitable for anyone who is experiencing problems with their sleep regardless of age or physical health difficulties. Research tells us that poor sleep can negatively affect both our mental and physical wellbeing. Techniques include: The workshop uses the most up to date guidance to allow you to understand sleep and sleep patterns. The workshop looks at the physical and mental benefits of good quality sleep, taking into account your environment as well as your body and mind. It gives you tried and tested practical solutions allowing you to improve your every day and every night wellbeing.
