Age UK Norfolk is working together with the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital Trust and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, to ensure that patients and their families receive timely information and advice on a whole range of issues.
At the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
Advisers visit wards every Tuesday and Thursday from 2pm to 4pm to offer an information and advice service at a patient’s bedside, in the day room or alternatively a more private area can be arranged.
At The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn
Advisers are available some Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm. Find us in the main hospital entrance (opposite Costa Coffee).
The advisors will be able to listen to patients and help resolve any areas of concern on a whole range of issues and will also be able to put patients in touch with other support services or organisations to get them the help they need.
