Occasions, Surprises - or Essentials - there's Lots in a Box!

Whether you’re ordering for yourself or to send to someone else, we’ve created a range of boxes to be delivered straight to yours - or someone else's door.

Online Ordering

To get started, create an account by entering your name, email address and a password. Or, if you already have a Morrisons online account, you can use your existing details using the ‘log-in’ button.

You'll just need to tell us which type of box you would like – take a look at the different options on the 'Our Boxes' page. Once you’ve chosen, simply select a delivery date that suits you - we can deliver your box the next day if you order before 3pm.

We'll ask you to enter your address so we know where to deliver your groceries and then take your payment details at the checkout. Once your order is placed, look out for your email confirmation.

Your food box will be delivered by our courier partners who will send you an email with everything you need to know, so you can keep up to date with your order.

Telephone Ordering

If you have friends or family in need of this help and are unable to shop instore, please ask them to call 0345 611 6111 and select option 4 to order a Food box or 5 to place an order for Doorstep delivery.

The order will take 24 hours to process, and payment will be taken through a contactless card by the delivery driver. No contact with the driver will be made and the machine will be placed on a wall etc for people to put their cards  into.

This service is available 8-4pm Mon-Friday excluding bank holidays.
