Dementia Services

Recognising that you have memory problems or dementia can be worrying. If you are living with dementia, or you are caring for someone with dementia, Age UK Norfolk can help you to regain your confidence, try new activities, live a positive life and make a valuable contribution to your community.

Dementia Friendly Communities
Age UK Norfolk has helped several towns across Norfolk launch as Dementia Friendly Communities.

Dementia Cafes (Pabulum)
We run Dementia Cafes which provide support to people with dementia and their carers in a relaxed, café-style setting.

Dementia training for businesses
We provide training for staff and volunteers who work in a customer facing role and may come into contact with people who have memory problems or dementia. We provide advice about creating a dementia friendly environment and have tips and resources available online.
