We help over 38,000 people every year achieve their goals through sport, supporting some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented people across Norfolk. The Foundation's vision is to help people achieve their goals by delivering quality, innovative services through football and sport, and inspiring disengaged young people and adults through sport.
