Why Men's Time to Fish?
Launched in 2022, the fishing sessions run monthly from March to October and are fully funded & facilitated by the Foundation in conjunction with the Lake Keepers & Angling Trust.
The benefits of fishing are both many & varied. Fishing can have profound impacts on our lives across a range of areas. This time outdoors is good for our souls & in eliminating or avoiding stress, anxiety and depression. Moreover, and by increasing our physical activity, fishing can help lower blood pressure, prevent heart disease, improve our physical wellbeing, strengthen our immune systems & prevent disease.
